a "model" citizen is an attractive forward grown ideal caucasoid skulled human being
the robot is the media and mass communication that promotes attractive people living idealistic and attractive lifestyles (raising family, loving eachother)
when the attractive people age and lose their collagen, they are labeled ugly, and killed off by the robots. the robots do not like uglyness. they want ideal beauty
the guy who created this art is an ugly subhuman who feels outcasted. why else would you put so much effort into creating something so appealing to everyone. his art is subtly hinting his own life how he is outcasted by media and society for being ugly and uses aging of normies as a metaphor for uglyness (old people are ugly and outcasted)
