Small amount of blood is normal, it's impossible to hit any arteries in your delt.

If you didn't see or feel oil then you didn't lose oil.

a few ml of oil wont make much of a difference a lot of compounds arent actually even the amount they say on the vial.
Theyre sometimes over and underdosed
