Bloat or recession help needed!!??

Are the areas that i have circles caused by bloating, recession or just lightning? They don’t look like that in good lightning but will look like that or worse in mediocre/bad lightning.
I was wondering if there is a way to get rid of them, like that they will not be visible in any light. Would that be possible or am i being stupid?
