hello can someone plz tell me whats going on im 10 percent bf (tested) yet im always really bloated my diet is also good (no processed sugar etc and I also aim for a 2:1 - 3:1 ratio) my friends who are higher bf then me are usually less bloated then me im really confused because i know for sure my diet etc is all better
