The point is for most people your phone is close to your face 15 hours a day everyday

it doesn’t matter if it’s 200x less damaging than midday sun, because it’s literally close to your face almost 24/7 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for years and years etc.

A study posted recently said like 2 hours of blue light from screens same as 20 minutes sun, and bare in mind the sun is also high in white light and protective red light spectrum of color

how can you change blue light?

can turning on nightshit on the phone help? it dulls the screen and makes it more dark

will turnning of the blue light help?

for example turning on night shift on your phone and computer
