Bluepilled Doctor says I do not have a problem.

Had my first genioplasty consultation in a local clinic here in France, after a short consultation, he told me that no surgeon would accept my case in France, because there is no real need for it, we even talked about facial ratios, but the guy was too bluepilled.
How extreme does the case have to be in order to get a genioplasty, I know I don't NEED it functionally, but it could ascend my lower third by a mile.
And is a genioplasty that risky anyway, or is the doctor just taking me for an ignorant guy.

I know, but in France they are very strict on these surgeries, I will see in other countries, I have a consultation soon with a clinic in spain. I will attach another picture that does me a little more justice, I was leaner lighting was better, and you may see the point of view of the bluepilled doctor, (I of course want the genioplasty anyway)

The doctor was just being a sperg, I could even see a bimax being an option for you since your lower third seems kinda short in this pic.

go to another maxillofacial consultant and specify you want to have procedures done for aesthetics

bimax would be pushing it too far in my opinion, I have very large lips naturally so it makes it look like I am more recessed than I actually am, Genioplasty should be enough, it will save me a lot of hassle financially and time wise

I had this dilemna in my head too, but the bimax could mean 1 to 2 years more waiting for peparation, and will cost potentially quadruple, and will all that hassle outweigh the benefits i will gain from trimax rather than just genio, I don't think so.

the doctor I had a consultation with today understood my goals, he told me the risks outweigh the benefits in my case (I believe the opposite), he also told me that I will always find a surgeon that will take my case for money.

Obviously this doctor works with very extreme cases only, I will see with my next consultation if that is the case in Spain too, if that is the case I am turning to Turkey
