Seen a few people ask for motivation to lose body fat and asking for transformations. I have only seen like 2 transformations, which most likely means that the majority of you guys on here are not at 10% body fat. It makes such a massive difference and is one of the few legit looksmaxxing methods. Post your bodyfat and ill roast you for it
