Training is utter xope diet matters a bit but it’s mostly genetics and gear. 99% of people will never look like Seid or David Laid bc they lack the genetics. This is coming from someone who looked “roided” before AAS and after using test I looked better bht still had the same base it didn’t blow me up into something unrecognizable

genetics are actually not bad, I have blessed chest genes, alright shoulders and back. Only thing lacking is good waist/hips genes tbh. I dont think any ammount of gear would make my waist smaller

I stopped training for 3 months and no change in physique. Meanwhile normies miss one day and become DYEL
haha fuck the gym its such a cope i literally just lift heavy shit at work and my physique mogs 90% of people my age slurping protein shakes and spamming lat raises. fkn slaves lol

Yeah no shit
Of you have 9.75/10 genetics you could not train and eat 2x per day with shitty sleep and end up with a better physique than a guy with 3/10 genetics on gear training with optimal diel sleep supplements

Looking at Laid's before photos, I don't think he's some genetic freak. He just has an amazing response to gear and his body can handle large blasts without getting sick.
