I’ve been doing bone smashing once a day in a controlled manner with my knuckles for a month, following all the precautions, but now every time I do it, I get a headache and feel slow. I don't know why, but obviously I'm going to stop even though the results have been incredibly good. Damn, it's horrible; it's the only method that’s actually worked for me. I don't know what to do anymore, and I repeat: I’ve followed all the precautions properly.

I think brain damage is a prerequisite for bonesmashing, not inversely

Well, it's a "natural" method and it gives results even if its fibrosis, it works. What do you recommend?, taking 70 untested medications from an Indian market?
It doesn't work other than giving temporary skin inflammation, jI would recommend to be at a decent body fat percentage (10-12%) and have a good neck and tongue posture. Not much softmaxxes you can do concerning your skull

I would guess that the "incredible results"
Really just came from swelling and scar tissue :feelsuhh:

well idk why you thought repeatedly smashing something against your head wouldn't give you brain damage :lul:
