Is bone smashing genuinly worth it for bone growth. If it is, what evidence is there for it, not just wolfs law like actual proveable cases of people gaining bone in their face from deliberate bone smashing.

only anecdotal proof around here but I know a few users who've done it and shown results with it

I mean you can do it for the swelling which works

No.

None, purely anecdotes, and very questionable ones.

The Wolff's Law is a very real thing, but that's different from suggesting we can biohack our way into better bone structure, we simply cannot create enough consistent damage to our bone structure to create SIGNIFICANT bone density increases and remodeling, I mean really, the bonesmashing dudes really underestimate the amount of force required to cause any improvements in bone. So you're either hitting very lightly and achieving nothing (other than localized inflammation), or you're causing more damage to your surrounding soft tissues than the hassle is worth, making you look worse.

There's no rational perspective in existence that could make you turn to bonesmashing,

how do you u bone smash for actual bone growth and not just swelling tho? wouldnt repeated, low force hits just cause inflammation and not actual bone growth?

thats exactly what i was thinking. but is it possible that low force hits could still have some effect on bone growth/density, in the same way that lifting light weights will have very little benefit on muscle growth, but not none?

I'm not an expert on this shit but I think swelling is unavoidable, but underneath it there are micro fractures which go regrow. I heard a tip to suck in your cheeks while doing it so that may help too.

BUT THIS IS ALL ANECDOTAL EVIDENCE

Not in the exact same way, osteogenesis via the lifting of weights and theoretically bonesmashing occur in different ways. In lifting it's caused by your muscles, joints and the weight itself putting sheer force onto the bone which stimulates it to become thicker. Wolff's Law is different from that.

Now, could bone smashing increase bone growth and density? If you do it for a long enough time, with enough force that you're not causing too much damage to your face, then technically yes, your bones will become ever so slightly thicker and grow, the question now becomes whether the investment in inflammation and YEARS OF YOUR LIFE are worth this change, and most importantly whether this change will cause any MEANINGFUL DIFFERENCE to your appearance. In my opinion, it's just not worth it.

im pretty sure the bone density comes over time from consistently doing it. the first few times obviously it'll just swell and temporarily look bigger but overtime it gets more dense with consistently beating ur zygos in

It doesn't work, it's an idea created to cover up plastic surgery under the term bonesmashing

Yeah try it out for a few months once of twice a month hard not rlly that backed my science that hitting it causes growth but some ppl got results

not to be that guy, but what is ur opinion on bojaks method of bonesmashing? He says to apply large force to the bone for about 30s instead of repeatedly hitting the bone lightly?

I think for most people it's bad. But if you can find a solution to repair the hurt tissue it could work.
Most of the guys that do it are doing it wrong and just destroy the skin.
Its only worth it if you are on a cycle imo

the theory behind it is good but there is no scientifically accurate evidence but it does swell up your bones for a little bit so if you wanna bone smash before you go out be my guest

No. If anything, it will only make your bones worse.

Your facial bones are not meant to get under stress since they are very thin.
so it will only make them get trauma and maybe even make them worse.

method bhai plz, how many times did u hit? etc
I hit non stop each zygo for 10 minutes aproximately or until it hurt. Once every 3 or 4 days. Remember to eat a good nutritious diet(meat, cheese ,eggs...) to give your bone the nutrients to repair and grow

It’s just cope if you actually think smashing your bones will do shit you deserve to submit to the brain damage you’ll get from it. Bones and muscles are different things the theory scientifically just isn’t there.

i already have post concussion syndrome, im not very worried about the brain department

How is it scientifically impossible? Cant wolfs law still apply?
Well multiple things, the amount of force for Wolffs to be applied has to be consistent, even if you bonesmashed all day it still wouldn’t work as the force has to be mechanical such as your femur responding to the force of a heavy upper body. And the thing people seem to not understand about wolffs law is the amount of pressure required to cause growth isnr really possible to apply externally without actually smashing and breaking your bones. It can work but it’s so minor it’s not worth the extreme damage to blood vessels. People mistake results of bone smashing to formation of scar tissue. It is scientifically possible what I meant was it is scientifically impossible without causing extreme damage due to the amount of force required.
