Bone Smashing

I've been smashing my chin and other areas for about 7-8 weeks now and have been getting great results alongside androgens, but I have noticed that on my chin there is kind of an indent on the middle. It's not really noticeable to the eye but I can feel it pretty prominantly. This is very recent. Does anybody know what is causing this? Is this something to worry about?
