Bonesmashing actually worked for me?

As you can see my zygos visibly grew i have a video where im in the same lighting as the original one and my zygos are way more prominent, but it creates a question if bonesmashing is cope what could it be, i personally think it cant be puberty because this transformation took around 4 months. What else could it be if its not bonesmashing

whatd u bonesmash with and what was the duration/"cycle" per day (or weekly)?

For the first two months it was probably weekly but this jan ive bonesmashed almost every day usually right after a workout bc apparently it promotes growth more idk it might be cope but i just spam it with a hammer or my phone i only really focus on smashing my zygos tbh

Bonesmashing is cope and if it does everything its gonna make ur bones even worse

Either hgh (which is pretty bad for u) or eat organs and meat / healthy so u can maximize ur growth while you still can

I mean my diet got slightly better , im not trying to grow my zygos more im trying to figure out what did it

It could be working or maybe its just temporary, which I am really not sure.
But the changes are very noticeable for me.

How did you do your bonesmashing???

Mainly with my phone and i just spam it until i cant or until i get like sores on my zygo, ive recently been doing it with a hammer it works well i might try my jaw soon but thanks man ❤️

The body adapts to the impacts since u do them frequently and builds collagen in that area/thickens that area but I don’t think it’s real bone growth

do jaw at your own risk, just from doing chin i got tmj, it wont kill you but its pretty annoying especially when your trying to eat sometimes.

You see the assymetry causing of bonesmashing
Me too iv got big zygo with Bonesmashing but with assymetry and no one talk bout this

i wouldnt disagree that bonemashing is effective especially since i do it as well but your zygos are more prominent because you are leaner as well but bonemashing definetely played a part

how long for each session and how many days a week? did you take rest days inbetween?
