So bonesmashing does cause bone growth. I asked that guy if astrosky was right all along and that guy said he is, but it's not nearly as simple as you believe.

Wherever you bone smash, the places you bone smash at bruise and forms cartilage. THEN, after a few years it turns into real bones. I've been doing it on my clavicles, scapula, rib cage, wrists, and hands.

Ok, so I can do bonesmashing with a small hammer along several points along the browridge line, incuding over the eyebrows ?

Is that how you do it OP ?

There's no brain to damage for most users here.

That’s because most users here are already brain damaged, hence the whole bonesmashing trend

edit never mind I misread your post and tried to be witty but you already did the diss I meant to make

Bonesmashing does work, use the handle end of a Phillips screwdriver and make sure you supplement d3 and k2 , alsonstay consistent, I have managed to add chin width but will start again to get some more in the winter
