Bonesmashing doesn't work. Roiding doesn't change the facial structure.

it does work

for some more for some less

if u already have a good boens obv it works less

The idea stems from testosterone affecting facial development obviously, but this seems to be only the case primarely during early puberty. Roiding being able to compensate for being in a later stage of development to still see facial development is unfortunately a cope.

HGH can actually influence bone thickness and density over time, even in adults, though to a lesser degree.
However, expectations are often exaggerated on this forum- at best, we're talking about a few millimeters, not dramatic changes. So, most people wouldn’t be able to pinpoint any changes, especially given the fact, that it’s a slow and gradual process.
The effectiveness obviously varies from person to person.

For steroids, I am very sceptical about them being able to significantly alter facial bones on their own.

Nobody had results with it, Loox doesn't count because he had other procedures done. Show me only one before and after of bonesmashing changing the face. I'm not saying it doesn't work because nobody had results with it, they don't work because the concept itself of "growing" the bone is flawed.

Or even roids, they don't change the facial structure bone-wise. Greg Doucette is an example for that, he blasted tons of roids, but there were 0 changes. In theory it should work though, atleast in puberty.

Their giant jaws indicate how sensitive they are to androgens (high AR density, low myostatin, etc.), not that their jaws grew by the AAS use. It's almost as if the big jaw seen in most bodybuilders could be an indicator for success in bodybuilding.

An comparison for that would be how people think basketball players are taller because of playing basketball, it's more like basketball players are taller on average because they have better chances in the sport.

Feel free to discuss this, I just wanted to put this up for debate.

I'm not hating on roids btw, I'm roiding myself.

Bud an mma fighter takes 2.41 hits to the face per minute and after 3 5 minute rounds that 15 minutes meaning 36 hits to the face

Which is less than any bonesmashing session. You have to take sparring into account but you can hit ur face every 1-2 seconds which is still way more hits than an mma fighter

The force is also more concentrated since your not being hit with gloves

It’s absolutely comparable

Yeah whatever nigger, keep coping with your dog shit explanation. It’s insanely funny how you think high impact trauma to the face will somehow grow your bones and not just lead to inflammation and stress on your bodies ability to heal.

Bahahaha you are trying to explain wolffs law but you are too much of an ape to understand it. It doesn’t apply to high impact trauma, which is what you get from punching hard objects like a clown. You are not creating microtraumas that would lead to bone growth, it’s only macrotraumas. Learn the difference before you start chimping out and thinking you are smart.

Oh my god I’m caging so hard because you think your statements make you intelligent. The ego on you is fucking crazy you just stated how many times they get hit in the face and no actual point. Are you retarded? It clearly does otherwise fighters shins wouldn’t become denser after they train them by hitting metal poles?

There are literal X-rays showing this

it’s only macrotraumas. Learn the difference before you start chimping out and thinking you are smart.
Then why do real world examples show the opposite

They do take hits to the face often just not as much as you(and most people) think they do

And they take less hits than what you’d get with bonesmashing

And no that doesn’t disprove my point at all it just shows that you can get results with the amount of hits mma fighters take at least

You changed your argument

Before it was “oh those mma fighters are hit in the face constantly it’s not applicable at all”

And now it’s “you are not understanding wolffs law bro it won’t work!”

How do you explain the bone growth in the case of Strickland and Charles then?

Well you know gear increase androgen reveptors right ????
Yes, androgen receptors don't downregulate no matter what gear you take. They even upregulate.
I agree to do an experiment for 50$
I pay the rest from my wallet
I buy a shit toN of mk-667 + testosterone an ai and start bonesmashing for 5 months straight
+ good lifestyle diet overall
And if i don’t change at all not even mm then that would he the ultimate clue that gear doesn’t

Judging just from these two pictures, it looks like his face changed.

Let me add this picture though, this may change things a bit. Looks like he has the same chin height as in the "after" picture.

Yes, I agree. I would add though that the skull growth achieved by growth factors (mostly during early to mid puberty) would cover the whole skull and body, not just specific parts.

Here this is an individual suffering from acromegaly.

1739450765868

It just looks like his mandible grew mostly but it was his whole skull, the cranium itself is in proportion as that's the skull changes seen in developing humans.

1739450911031
1739450942993

So as seen with this individual suffering from acromegaly, trying to replicate these results may lead to unaesthetic results.

Knuckle and shin conditioning works you can literally look up x-rays of before and after results

Ok I’m going to explain it to you for your 60 iq chimp brain

MMA fighters do get hit in the face a lot, just not as much as you thought they do

They do get hit enough to induce bone changes

They receive less hits then what someone with a bone smashing regime would receive

This is what I’m say it doesn’t get any clearer than this what do you not understand?
