I was researching on pubmed study’s about The Wolf Law and confirms that every bone can growth if i u expose it to enough mechanic tension. So i want to develop more my zygos how should i work thos bonesmash and what supplements had to take

zygos, infraorbital rim, supraorbital ridge, lower mandible and ramus. dont forget to hit the blood vessels too, they encourage your bones to grow on impact

Wolff’s law is real, but it’s about bone density and internal remodeling, not changing the overall shape and position of bones. Mechanical loading (like lifting) increases osteoblast activity so bones get denser where stress is applied but it doesn’t just push bones outward or change their structure like that. Zygomatic bones are already fully formed in terms of shape by late puberty. You’re not going to get forward growth from external impact; bonesmashing would just cause microtrauma and inflammation maybe even bone resorption if anything. The only time bones actually change shape significantly is during growth (cause open growth plates) or through controlled surgical intervention. Random mechanical impact isn’t the same as physiological loading. Unfortunately, supplements won’t help either: calcium, vitamin D etc. support bone health but they won’t alter facial structure.
