i’ve bonesmashed before but i stopped every since i got on accutane. i’m worried it will damage my skin barrier too much. is there any safe way i can do it or should i keep doing it with my knuckles

Add vaseline or something similar before hand and if you want you could also add something like avene cicalfate restorative protective cream to your skincare routine
