Because nobody is explaining it, I'll explain it. Firstly typical stimuli is not enough to cause adaptations. Examples being professional fighters, most of their faces look fine and bone changes seem to be minimal even though they're using much greater force and for a longer period. The other problem with bonesmashing is that even if you could cause adaptations, it's hard to uniformly and precisely trigger growth. When fighters do get hit really hard and they fracture something, it just ends up being unsymmetric. And you're not a fighter with a team of medical experts, you are maximising risks for a false sense of reality.
