Bonesmashing works if done right

When I was younger I fell and hit the right side of my forehead directly on a rock. There is a slight protrusion that remains at the exact point of impact.

It's a localized bump in the bone rather than soft tissue, which is obviously new bone formation or remodeling.

I wish I fell on my zygos...

Exactly. However, I do think a lot of people are doing it wrong because it's quite difficult to do correctly. The force and frequency needs to be right to encourage outward growth instead of just density or even prevent resorption. This is without even considering the hormones needed to support it. However, someone like Clavicular already had good bone structure so it's hard to tell how much impact bonesmashing had. If you look at Loox/Androgenic there is big difference in bone deposition even though his underlying bone structure is not great as seen from the side profile. It would be interesting to see a CT/CBCT scan of someone like him
