bone smashing causes scar tissue build up under the point of contact so it doesnt actually grow bones it makes them appear more prominent which is still very good. When you have been bone smashing for a while you can feel the tissue but make sure u have a good routine so asymmetry doesnt get worse and brace the back of your head.

it can make the tissue where you are hitting thicker giving the illusions of better bone structure

i would recommend putting vaseline before hitting adding something to slightly protect the skin (piece of plastic tiny cloth wtv) and use something to help with the scarring like ghk
