Is bonesmashing cope or not cause i always see 50/50 some people say it is sone say it isnt. I know that it doesnt use wulfes law but can it increase bone density and cause bone to look thicker Also, can you use a massage gun to bonesmash if you dont have a hammer?

I genuinely think bonesmash is real. I do it and i swear i notice results. That cld be also a result of switching from shit foods to clean, potentially getting older, and cutting sodium. But it is done by causing fibrosis. I dont think it’s fake personally and no downside to try it. U can use a massage gun but it wont cause much pain to actually initiate that. Our bones r strong. And hitting ur head hurts. Prob not too good but i do think it works.

You need to do bone smashing properly. Watch videos by the Russian looksmaxxer Martin he explains how to do bone smashing correctly. I'd also strongly recommend that you lose a lot of weight.
