boron affects on B2

I recently started taking boron without doing enough research on it (stupid of me) i recently found out that boron lowers ur B2 levels which also increases the circulation of estrogen. Should i suppliment b2? and if anybody knows any other side effects of boron let me know

No bone density is a completely different things bone density is how packed the minirals in ur bones are which also means higher bone density = stronger bones
