I previously gymmaxxed for 4 months and went from 66kg to 73kg but it was mostly fat because I ate a lot. However I got some chest gains for sure because some of my tshirts don't fit anymore.

My current plan is to gymmax FBW 3 days a week, previously I only worked out on machines but now I'm going to do compound exercises and free/body weights!

  • Basic Deadlift
  • LEGS = squats with barbell
  • BACK = lateral pulldown until I gain strength to do pull ups
  • CHEST = bench press
  • SHOULDERS = ohp and lateral dumbbell raises
  • BICEPS = do you think dumbbell curls with wrist rotation is good enough?
  • TRICEPS = triceps dips maybe even on dip machine because it activated my triceps really well
  • ABS + OBLIQUES = lying legs pull up + weighted Russian twist what do you think? I am too weak to hang with my arms and do leg raises so I prefer to stay in the ground
That's my whole plan buddy boyos what do you think?

My main aim is to get shredded so I will be on caloric deficit and do recomposition, while gaining NATTY nice healthy muscle, at one point I'll go surplus but now I have around 5kg of pure shitty fat to lose until I can see my abs

When gyms open, they will be flooded with people so I need to wait few months when most will give up.

I live in a student city so the gym is always is filled with people but 90% of them are <3psl weak guys who do exercises wrong most of the time.

I saw your pics and not going to lie, I personally know fucking uglier men who married women from my family. A legit 2psl hydrocephalus uneven eyes balding framelet married a 3psl woman. He gives her 0$ plays world of tanks and she feeds him. So everyone has above 0% chance in slavlands tbh.

I was waiting for gyms to open. No I didnt do much water fasting, I did some 24hrs and 16s but not much.

Yes I'm going to gymcel with deficit and when I see that I am actually pretty lean I'll go on very slight surplus

Make sure you have pull ups in your routine cuz It's the one lift that always goes up while you lose body weight, you need that lifefuel tbh

The russian fighter pull up program is awesome for gaining reps

Despite what others here say OP gymcel regardless because you'll feel better about yourself. Fuck what others have to say. You don't gotta blast roids either, just train smart and hard, eat smart, and take the right supplements

Eat 100-200 calories under your caloric maintenance, don't bother with cutting or bulking atm since you have barely any muscle. Lift heavy with good form and make sure you're getting a good time under tension, your sets should be lasting at least 40 secs, reps are irrelevant but use them as a baseline for progress.

So if you're doing a set of 15 reps but it only lasts 20 seconds then you know you need to slow down and potentially up the weight.

Obviously when it comes to doing sets for strength, you won't be able to do that with sets for example 3 sets of 5 but as long as you're getting stronger, and incorporating both strength sets and hypertropy sets into your routine you will progress well.

ok i just came back from gym and
damn I went big dick

thissis the amount of weight I added for exercises (some i only used empty barbell):

CHEST 10KG
DEADLIFT 20KG
LAT RAISES 6KG -> 4KG
OHP 0KG
SQUAT 0KG
 
I would hop on a testosterone cycle after 6 months of serious lifting tbh if I were you as time is of the essence.

Plenty of newbie gains to be had still. Work out a year for size and then see where you are at with muscles.

Why not just do p/p/l? Forsure do cardio everyday tho since skinny fat dont believe in that bulking shit either if you just want to get aesthetic its demotivating not seeing change. I dont seewhy people work abs tbh unless long as your low enough body fat percentage and you squat you will have abs

This natty lifting is fucking cope. Especially since your 33 just do roids life is fucking shit anyway least you can do for yourself is have a sick body and enjoy life. Ima hop on test and clen soon as I have a stable job
 
Make sure your diet is on point mate. Compared to me lifting while just eating more protein compared to my rate of progress while tracking macros - the difference is insane. Probably 20-40% faster honestly. Even though I lost most size due to corona. I just started a few days ago too.

You and me mate - we gonna make it. Also get a program and stick to it. Fuckarounditis is fatal.
