Hell yea motherfuckers

I previously gymmaxxed for 4 months and went from 66kg to 73kg but it was mostly fat because I ate a lot. However I got some chest gains for sure because some of my tshirts don't fit anymore.
My current plan is to gymmax FBW 3 days a week, previously I only worked out on machines but now I'm going to do compound exercises and free/body weights!
My main aim is to get shredded so I will be on caloric deficit and do recomposition, while gaining NATTY nice healthy muscle, at one point I'll go surplus but now I have around 5kg of pure shitty fat to lose until I can see my abs

What I have right now (REMINDER I HAVE 44CM BIDELTOID WHICH IS BOTTOM 1 PERCENTILE FOR MEN):

- Basic Deadlift
- LEGS = squats with barbell
- BACK = lateral pulldown until I gain strength to do pull ups
- CHEST = bench press
- SHOULDERS = ohp and lateral dumbbell raises
- BICEPS = do you think dumbbell curls with wrist rotation is good enough?
- TRICEPS = triceps dips maybe even on dip machine because it activated my triceps really well
- ABS + OBLIQUES = lying legs pull up + weighted Russian twist what do you think? I am too weak to hang with my arms and do leg raises so I prefer to stay in the ground
