I’ve already consulted three separate dentists and they told me that I don’t need an MSE (Pic of my teeth below) because that would further increase my anterior diastema. But I don’t understand, as right after the MSE, braces are a no-brainer.
Not to exclude the fact that they also want to extract and retract to fix my mandibular overcrowding. I have a narrow lower jaw, and that would definitely ruin my facial profile even more.

Is there anything else that I could possibly do?

Recommend, just getting braces. And then afterwards getting MSE. But I'm not a professional so take this advice at your own risk. Although not gonna lie, I don't see any mandibular overcrowding? I'm confused?

never extract

Well, you are fixing your teeth. Than the MSE should be widening the palette. Shouldn't affect the teeth from what I know of? If anything I believe MSE would be useful for Mandibular Overcrowding, so I'm surprised the dentists are against it.

It isn’t noticeable on the scan itself, but my central incisors are a bit misaligned and they overlap the edge of one another. The lateral incisors are rotated a inward/outward, and one of them is pushed slightly behind the other teeth. And the canines to both sides are tilted inwards. It kind of looks like its being pinched

Then, fix your teeth.
