i have braces for about a year, don’t know what u meant by your comment, but you have to do monthly check up’s

If you got crowding you should've gotten a palatal expander, has the orthodontist removed teeth or nah? If he did you are going to recess a bit if he didn't and is trying to fix your teeth with palatal growth your good
