This is going to sound really cringe, but it’s true, and I’d like someone with a brain to answer me: bone smashing is one of the few methods that has actually worked for me, no matter how stupid it sounds. I do it in a very controlled way on specific areas; I use my knuckles, and I hold my head steady with my other arm. However, after doing it on my cheekbones, for example I sometimes get a headache and feel weird (and it’s my head that hurts, not just my face). I assume it’s because, even though I hold my head tight, there’s still some movement, and I’ve heard this method can cause brain damage. Honestly, I’d rather keep my face the way it is and give up bone smashing even though it gets results because I have no intention of getting brain damage. Any advice?
