Breathing difficulties

Ive got a nasal polyp, which makes breathing difficult, idk if whethever I mouthbreathe or not but im afraid I do. I make sure to nosebreathe
Can I fuck my potential at age 18/19? I thought most developement is already done?
Brutal if I fuck my genetic potential (5,5-6 psl)at this age while most do at childhood

Prob maybe have sleep apnea too idk, is surgery free then. I thought bimax
