My goal was/is to get lean and its evident that it is working so I will continue the diet.carbs are only fine if your body can handle the high load of glucose otherwise it'll just spike your blood sugar and your body will just piss it out. so you spend all that energy breaking down food just to flush it down the toilet and dehydrate yourself. carnivore or keto/low carb is going to be healthier for a lot of people in general but even those on a strict carnivore diet can end up with high blood sugar. it's complicated. both sides of this topic come off as kind of silly.

i've read books on hydration like waterlogged from tim noakes or batmanghelidj's dehydration book. there are other ones out there like "grain brain" more related to carbs and inflammation. i've read a number of studies, watched countless videos on the subject. it's not hard to find info on this. and it's not carbs you piss out it's glucose you fuckin retard.What books have you read on the topic of pissing out carbs?
