Tbh what I’m doing : it’s basic I’m tryna build foundation


Skincare 2x a day + 0,1% tret
Dental care2x
Posture exercises twice a day
Facial exercises and submental exercises
Neck and homeworkouts till I can go to gym
180-200g protein and 2000clean diet , and 3-4 l water
Weekly 125mg test trt

Why are you injecting 125mg of test?
Did u get a doc to prescribe it or are you doing it yourself?
(not saying Injetting is bad, ideal on that, but the dosage is terrible)

Because ssris destroyed my test, and I was feeling like I’m gonna jump of a building all the anxiety and stress constantly
And I was suicidal, it helps a lot with mental disorders
Im gonna up it when going to the gym again
 
Tretinoin + Sunscreen
Minoxidil + Castor Oil
Face Exercises + Stretching/Yoga
Body Exercises
Brushing teeth + Showering
Leave in conditioner when needed
Collagen Protein Bars
Healthy Diet
Sleep schedule
Semen Retention/NoFap

Bump it up to 300mg-400mg/week split into 3 injections
 
Eating plenty of sugar and avoiding exercise

For like 3 weeks 2 months ago but I never take working out seriously and didn’t have the time
Im gonna move out soon and then up and workout and eat properly rest etc otherwise it’s waste

Yeah true.
The thing with 125mg is, it shoots up ur t levels to a high, but only for a small period of time after you inject. And then it drops so hard and for The rest of the week you feel estrogenic and have mood swings, and there are high chances of acne and paranoia in this time if u catch my drift

I was on 250mg week
No depression etc. no moodswings

since I lowered 125mg
Anxietycel a bit more depressed , what can I do I inject intramuscular every Monday the half of 1ml

i don’t have to much test left also im not using it rn not working out that’s why
