Dw, the thinner your neck the less rope you need to tie the noose .

But for real train neck, it responds well to training. You should be able to gain a few inches on your neck in a few months.

I noticed it recently but I gained some fat cause I binged too much.
Yes with neck harness I do curls and extensions every other day high reps 2-3sets
I added neck bridges too recently
My old classmates dont even recognize me lol
