if i keep getting bruises on my ramus and gonions while bs’ing what can I do to prevent it

I mean what is stopping you from waiting till 18 to get filler instead of building up scar tissue so you look like a ballsack in the sun in a couple years? If you must do it then just reduce the freauency and ice it after too.
