BSSO and how do i find surgeons

First time I actually want to seriously look into surgery. I've always known my mandible was recessed but I actually want to get it fixed now. It causes me slight lip incompetence so im not sure if that will fall under insurance in the US. How do I go about finding surgeons to consult?
