idk what jordan barrett got. i doubt bichectomy. i mean the buccal fat pad could extend a little bit anterior to the masseter and thus removal hollow the cheeks out, but it would not make the cheeks hollower but very much.

my view is that hollow cheeks goes back to bones. specifically a wide maxilla. obviously being fat will prevent hollow cheeks but shoudlnt have to leanmax severely, and in many cases even that wont work
