Im going to try removing my own buccal fat at home. I know the exact place to make the incision but im not sure what i cut the flesh with to get inside. Its pretty easy once you get in just remove it with a tweezer and then stitch it back up. thoughts?

Seriously don't do this, your not a trained surgeon, most likely you will mess up and have to have it redone by a surgeon which will cost you money,

Plus there is a huge risk of infection if you try to do it yourself
