@buddhistking why you running from the trinity
Been 3 days for you to reply back to it and prove it “wrong”
Here’s the quote to jog your memory
“
I can’t find it but I’ll try refute your baseless low IQ elementary tier rejection of the trinity
God is one entity. Ima use a philosophical term called 1st order Imposition and and 2nd order.
1st order refers to the reference of the entity/catagory itself, in this instance GOD, the WHAT
“The son is god the spirit is god the Father is god” this is 1st order imposition referencing the NATURE shared equally not divided amongst each person. This nature is what you’d refer to as the “Entity” it is The “whatness” of a creature or being
God is his own Genus called… well God.
2nd order order imposition refers to the Modality the what in which things exist, picking out distinctions of something. So there is ONE GOD. Which is 2nd order imposition referring to the mode in which the nature of god is shared amongst each person referencing the divine nature unified amongst each person.
Example time:
Consider the term human
If we say Peter is human, Paul is human, and Mary is human, we are using human in a first-order sense.
If we say Human nature is one, shared by all people, we are using human in a second-order sense.
Counting by identity and division;
Counting by identity refers to counting things based on who they are, so X = y means what X and Y are the same thing.
For example Bruce Wayne and Batman are both the same person and reference despite having different names
We count the persons via identity that’s why there’s three persons. Keep this in mind
Counting by division means
Counting by division means that when we count entities, we do so by dividing them based on their distinct instances or separability
The essense is the WHAT of god his GENUS his “ENTITY” as you call it, you cannot divide this you cannot change shape or alter it it is what it is and remains one and indivisible.
Just like if you have one piece of paper and rip it in 3 pieces you don’t have 3 new pieces of paper
you simply have one piece of paper split into 3. Why 3? Because your counting the pieces of paper by identity however the essense of the three ripped pieces is the same and thus ONE paper
It’s a simple analogy but hopefully it helps I just wanted to show you these philosophical concepts there’s many more but I like these 2 concepts”
