And Hafs and Dorsh are different forms of pronunciation, the meaning is the same, but I doubt that your English-speaking brain can process that for linguistic and accent reasons words change slightly in their PRONUNCIATION and when it comes to transliterating/translating them into your ape language that is limited in words, they have the same meaning when that word doesn't even exist in that language.
