Bulge under jaw

I got this fucking bulge right under my jaw angles for like 6 months it makes me look fat, i’ve seen like videos that its swollen lymph nodes but it doesn’t hurt. Yall got any ideas?

it’s lymph nodes i get them and when i massage my lymph nodes they go away

Yeah I also got it but its ultra deep, when lean it doesn't really bother me
