Some of you may know that I'm trying to increase my height through my previous threads
But there's one issue I gotta tackle,
Should I bulk or cut while heightmaxxing?
The answer is usually bulk cause it helps the body get its nutrients, BUT since I'm at ~21% bf, which might make my growth plates, as "every 1 % increase in body fat above ~15–16 % in late-teen males raises circulating estradiol (estrogen) by roughly 6–8 %",
So right now I'm stuck between
1. Bulking to give my body access to calories to help in increasing my height
2. Cutting to decrease my bf% to extend how long my growth plates will stay open
