How the fuck do i bulk fast I lose 5 pounds every few months because of ibs flareups so progress is impossible...

dirty bulk, just eat like a fucking whale and thats it. eat high protein high fat high carbs

Nah i hate dirty bulking i feel like shit and i get extremely bloated plus its unhealthy as fuck
