Bit too much for week 1, still looking decent though despite the bloat.

Going to 135 atleast, maybe 140. This had been easier than I expected.

Been at 2900-3100 calories daily, always above 200 grams protein

Decent progress but given its just one week it's all probably fat, gives a good idea of what 10 pounds of fat looks like

I'm aware I'm bulking too fast at this point, but maintain 135+ is more important than getting there, I need to maintain that while lifting hard as shit

Muh 200g protein. Youre almost 100lbs less than me eating that. You should probably be eating like 1400 for a bulk. Youre tiny as fuck. Youre eating what i eat to hit 215lbs on gear

5'7" but i got the legs n arms of a 6'0" person
so i got the torso of like a 5'0" girl deadass which means my upper body theoritically should be even easier to grow

There's no way I'd gain weight at 1400 lad. I could lower to 2750 but I didn't gain weight even on like 2300 so 3000 isn't that bad.

And I get over 250grams of protein on average

My irl friend is like 132 and 2 inches taller and looks like dogshit but he's taller so it's fine

The truth is the easier it is to get aesthetic the harder it is to get more aesthetic for manlets

It's not hard to get too big as a manlet genuinely, being jacked is a looksmin under 5"8, makes you look smaller

So I have to stay natty to retain my youth and turn into indian baki without looking ogre
