Bit too much for week 1, still looking decent though despite the bloat.
Going to 135 atleast, maybe 140. This had been easier than I expected.
Been at 2900-3100 calories daily, always above 200 grams protein
Decent progress but given its just one week it's all probably fat, gives a good idea of what 10 pounds of fat looks like
I'm aware I'm bulking too fast at this point, but maintain 135+ is more important than getting there, I need to maintain that while lifting hard as shit
With a pump Fasted at 118pounds
