No it isnt, these are seperate issues, if this were the case you would of seen widespread movements of peoples during these empires, the british empire at its peak was 99 percent white in britian, the fall of colonial empires and africans being funded by the soviets to revolt and then decades after that the immigration crisis is not some indicment of colonialism, it is the failure of said natives to manage their own countries and instead of fighting and making efforts to improve their land, they flee their countries and go back to being under white rule due to their own failures after decolonization, your entire narrative of mass migration being some karmic justice and inevitable reality when the simple solution to just closing up borders and to not let them in is very easy and this is a case of failure with the governments not enforcing this, without that issue these mass migrations would be non existent
