How do i truly improve in calisthenthics, ive been doing the same pushups and pullups and dips , i feel like i only do more reps everytime.

also how do i boost test with leg day in calisthenthics like i only rlly do squats but are there better leg excercises?

Just add weight to the push ups pull ups dips or do machines for target muscle groups. Doing machines will increase your muscle mass more efficiently allowing you to get better at calisthenics.

For leg development you could make it simple with just a squat pattern (leg press, hack squat, barbell squat etc), and a hip hinge pattern with a locked knee (SLDL, 45 degree hip extension), and some calf raise with a straight knee.
