How do i truly improve in calisthenthics, ive been doing the same pushups and pullups and dips , i feel like i only do more reps everytime.

also how do i boost test with leg day in calisthenthics like i only rlly do squats but are there better leg excercises?

Just add weight to the push ups pull ups dips or do machines for target muscle groups. Doing machines will increase your muscle mass more efficiently allowing you to get better at calisthenics.

For leg development you could make it simple with just a squat pattern (leg press, hack squat, barbell squat etc), and a hip hinge pattern with a locked knee (SLDL, 45 degree hip extension), and some calf raise with a straight knee.

Doing more reps every time IS improving.

You can do harder progressions like close grip push ups, archer push ups, one arm push ups. If you can do 10+ one arm push ups then you should go to an actual gym. Dips are good too.

For pull ups if you can hit 30+ you should go to an actual gym.

For shoulder the handstand push up is quite hard. You progress to it by doing progressively shallower angled pike push ups. If you can do 10+ then go to actual gym.

Having a small adjustable dumbell is useful for isolations like your lateral raises.

For hamstrings you can do Nordic Curls.. Most gym guys have a major quad/hamstring imbalance, but Nordic’s will give you good hamstrings. If you can do 20+ then you need to think about going to gym.

There is no good way to train quads at home. You need a bar and heavy weight. You can do single leg squats but they’re too easy. Same for glutes.
