I want to treat my ligament injuries but the problem is that ligaments don't heal very well and very slowly if it all due to low vascular connections. I am looking into collagen and something called prolotherapy, specifically microperforation. https://www.researchgate.net/public...vicular_subluxation_with_an_illustrative_case

Prolotherapy is the injection of irritants into the ligaments causing an inflammatory response to occur, allowing for healing. This can also be combined with PRP.

It seems better than jewish surgery which will fuck you up.
