Heya, ive been doing a caloric deficit for around 7 months or so and ive lost a good amount of body fat while putting on muscle, i was doing a 500 calorie, rn i hit a plateau, and searched that i needed to increase the deficit, is a 750 deficit good or is it too much? ive been doing also high in protein ~130g per day, should i increase the deficir or just stop crying?
 
In calorie deficit you always burn fat, if you stalled then you are maintaining, if you are taking certain amount of calories and you begin to notice weight stall after a while, your body is then expending less energy and your metabolism is slowing down, if you lower your calories even more you will burn fat but you will constantly be hungry and cold

alr thanks yeah, its just the stubborn fat, i can diminish my hunger well so no problem
