Heya, ive been doing a caloric deficit for around 7 months or so and ive lost a good amount of body fat while putting on muscle, i was doing a 500 calorie, rn i hit a plateau, and searched that i needed to increase the deficit, is a 750 deficit good or is it too much? ive been doing also high in protein ~130g per day, should i increase the deficir or just stop crying?
