I’m 6 foot 155 pounds probably 16 to 18% body fat how much should I eat if I wanna do an aggressive cut and lose weight quickly

Go to a tdee calculator and find out ur maintenance calories and you want to aim for a 1k cal deficit. Now for ur macro nutrients it comes down to wether u gymcel or not if u dont then u should fill 70 percent of ur calories with protein and 20 percent fat for hormones and 10 percent carbs if u do gymcel then u need to prioritize carbs so i would suggest 50 percent carbs 30 percent protein and 20 percent fat

Calculate using the Katch-McArdle equation, I did it for you since you're lazy. You get a BMR of 1526 calories assuming you're active about 3 times a day we multiply your BMR to about 1.6 resulting in 2441.6 calories but since you're cutting this results to a TDEE of 1709.2 calories.
