i have 2 plans to weightloss since i dont want to fuck up my height and still cut during puberty
first/
is to do a 200 cal deficit it’ll take over a year to lose 10kgs but i don’t want to stop my growth since im already 168cm manlet
second/
500 cal deficit for over 6 months to lose 10kgs and get back to maintenance after losing 10kgs im scared this one will make me short for life so i dont know
my friend who’s a pharmacist lost over 60kgs in 9months with reta and hgh and he’s shredded he told me to do the 200 cal deficit one to get lean and still grow taller please help i don’t know which one to do im 76kgs 168cm and 15 tbh i think ill need to lose 15kgs to look lean but ima do 10kgs but tell me which way
