calorie deficit

how much of a deficit should i be in to still be able to maintain as much muscle possible? id starve but i do not want to lose any muscle
 
Just eat over a pound of protein per pound of bodyweight and eat in a 500 calorie deficit

100 calories per pound of weight is the scientific number, eat a lot of protein too obv but it doesn’t matter if you lose muscle anyway because you’ll gain it back in a couple weeks because of muscle memory
